First Visit

Your initial appointment will take approximately 25-45 minutes, depending on your needs and any questions you may have. You will meet with one of our knowledgeable and friendly Endodontists, who will explain your diagnosis, discuss your treatment options and address your concerns. Our staff will be available to schedule your future appointments and answer any financial questions you may have.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your first appointment:

• A referral slip from your general dentist.
• A list of medications you are presently taking.
• If you have dental insurance, bring your identification card or form.
• Your photo ID.
• A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 to their first visit.

We want to make sure we provide you with the best care possible. In order to do so, please let us know if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to scheduling your treatment or if you are on any medication. In some cases, your primary care physician may require you to take medication prior to dental cleanings and other dental treatment. Please let us know at time of scheduling if this is the case.
